Sticks & Stones (for Pre-Teens)
This school based program empowers pre-teens with skills
they need to play a significant role in the prevention
and intervention of bullying, harassment and discrimination
which often escalates to school violence. This workshop
promotes preteen leadership in violence prevention.
Students will learn:
- To identify the boundaries between playful and
hurtful behavior
- How to enhance safety and respect on school campuses
- How to promote a school climate where abuse is unacceptable
- To raise expectations for equality and respect
